I am a certified yoga teacher and have been practicing yoga since 2015. I have a diverse yoga & fitness background. Yoga has become an integral part of my life since the day I hopped onto the mat for the first time. My practice has helped bring me closer to a state of optimal health, and this is something that I am grateful for every single day.
I wish I could say that every day is bright, sunny and a bed full of roses, but it’s not, some days are really hard and not easy to get through. When you go through these trying times in life, you experience mixed emotions of grief, anger, fear, rage, depression. Yoga helps you to recognize these emotions, make space, and accept it and not be engulfed by these emotions. It teaches us to calm the agitated mind, clears the clutter, and allows us to get back in touch with ourselves.
Yoga is a path that has positively transformed my life. Yoga is my me time and I cherish every single quiet second. It is a therapy that helped me to de-stress, relax, and focus my mind. This is why I teach yoga with such joy and passion.
Yoga helps in developing discipline and the will to live a healthy and energetic life.
