I am a certified yoga instructor and have been practicing yoga for many years now. I have a diverse yoga & fitness background. Yoga has become an integral part of my life since the day I hopped onto the mat for the first time. Yoga is a path that has positively transformed my life. It is a therapy that helped me to de-stress, relax, and focus my mind. This is why I teach yoga with such joy and passion.

I believe people of all gender, ages, and abilities can do yoga and adapt it to their regular lifestyles. All you need is enough room and a mat, and you are good to go.

So, If you just know you only have to do 30 minutes guided yoga, you would be able to get through it. Keep it up for several weeks and it will become a habit. Yoga practice helps in increasing flexibility, strength building, lengthening your muscles and more importantly it brings body awareness and control in your breathing patterns.

It reminds you to breathe! Your breath is a powerful tool that can help slow down your heart rate, calm your nervous system, and focus an agitated mind. Yoga will make your entire body more balanced, energize your mood, and will help in reducing your stress levels. I encourage you to incorporate yoga practice into your daily life and I promise that your body and mind will thank you.
